Ride it

SO! I went on vacation, and slacked, and felt nobody else cared whether I posted her or not. Well....SO WHAT?! I've felt like shit lately and much like a loser. In my going on vacation I ate lotsa junk and exercised maybe once or twice in a month. NOT good. But, all in all, after what has been literally 2 whole months of slacking, I have only gained a mere 3 lbs and I don't even wanna know how that translates to inches, cause I know I feel flabbier. But I definitely need to give myself some credit and jump back on the fat-loss train just as I was before! I'm still 4lbs less than my lowest best weight in the past 3+ years and THAT IS GOOD! I DID accomplish something and need to just keep on! I CAN DO THIS SHIT! I tend towards self deprecation and, well:


SO! I pretty much need a new goal and reasonable one. I plan on going HAM just as soon as I can. If any of you fine folks that do happen to read this would chime in, it would be much obliged. It's still summer! I can still get sexy! YES!

Week 7

Hey guys, if any of you still read. I'm super late to update this week but I had been debating doing so. Can you believe it's been 6 weeks already? That went by really quickly, huh? It really doesn't take that long to make little changes daily and see results. Which is an awesome realization. NEWSFLASH! New diet secret! Exercise more and eat better and you will lose weight and feel better! I know! I am going to cash in on this discovery and write a book!

So last week, I had some angsty shit that lead me to eating crap & not exercising. At all.
Which in turn made me feel guilty and crappy, so I kicked it up a notch over the weekend simply by walking every day, going back to eating well. Despite all my slacking I managed to lose weight still. Shyeahhhh.

So far I have lost 16 pounds, which means I have met my first goal, which I was expected to hit around beginning of May. 16 more and I will be at my goal. If I did it once, I can do it again, right? And if I did it, anyone can definitely do it to! So c'mon guys!

Week 5

Oh goodness guys! I had a long weekend and haven't gotten around to writing this week! How did everyone do? I was frustrated as hell all week. I felt like I was trying extra hard and not seeing and change on the scale. Twas bumming me out big time. So this weekend I went out and drank beers and even ate french fries. That weigh-in Sunday was one I was dreading.: lost 4lbs! Whaaa?? So I believe the moral of the story is: drink lots of booze. THAT, or even when discouraged, keep up with it and you WILL see results. YEAH!

Week 4

 Mondays! Am I right?? Apparently I am math retarded or lose track or SOMETHING over the weekends because I ALWAYS feel like a loser and like crap on Mondays  , but on Friday & Saturday, I distinctly remember doing several happy dances and saying "Hey! 10lbs in 3 weeks so far! Yayay!" So I'm just going to stick with it this week and not get all frustrated about the 1.5 lbs I gained drinking lots on Saturday and eating hangover junk food on Sunday.

On the positive, though, I have just realized this morning that getting up and exercising has become a habit. It wasn't until I was sweating profusely and breathing hard that I thought "wait a minute....when did I decide to do this? Weird..."


 If I can do that, anyone can. Lets go! Slow and steady wins the race, right?

Exercise

I try to do at least 1 of the 30 minute workouts on Exercise Tv every day. The one I linked is fun yet kicks my ass. I try to do stuff on my own but I usually get bored or lose focus. Workout videos are annoying (Stop smiling, assholes, I can barely breathe!...You said it was only 1 more rep! LIES!) but 30 minutes go by pretty fast and also squat thrusts can go straight to hell.

Week 3

This week I worked pretty hard at upping the exercise and managed to do so at least a little every day. I managed my food pretty easily, but did drink plenty of booze Friday and Saturday. Despite those slip-ups, I lost another 2 lbs this week. I do not know how I would manage it without LoseIt.com. It's a major help. I can feel myself starting to get pretty bored with my limited diet but I hope to keep it up. How did everyone else do?? Awesome?? That's what I figured.
