Week 1

Alright you guys, this is it. our first week. Today is the official start. Ready???

Today is the day those participating should state their goals etc, outlined in the first post, and we should start the contest. I'm thinking a mini-contest for just the first week would probably be good idea. Since drinks aside from water are a major weakness for me, I'm thinking Most Water Consumed, or Least Drinks Other Than Water Consumed. Again, suggestions are awesome.

So far since Friday I have changed my eating habits considerably. I don't have much in the way of fresh vegetables in my house at the moment, so mostly plain oatmeal for breakfast, eggs, tuna and water. Sounds boring probably but I've already lost 2.5 lbs!

How does everybody else plan to meet their goals? Let's get motivated!

  1. No more fast food for me as of today. I also plan to cut out a lot of the pastas and add veggies and fruit instead. LET'S DO THIS!!!
